What’sFlame is a comprehensive authority website dedicated to helping consumers find the best products in a variety of categories spanning from electronics to homebrew supplies.
Our goal is to provide online shoppers with clear and fair information, so they can make educated purchasing decisions. We scour through Amazon reviews to find relevant information that doesn’t always get reported and make sure to always provide a general overview of each product category. The end result are posts that are informed, easy to read, and engaging.

What’sFlame now wants to encourage the next generation of innovators to begin developing their next big idea.
As a result, the team at What’sFlame jointly agreed to develop a small scholarship fund that would reward students for thinking big and pursuing their side projects. There is very little support for entrepreneurship in schools (especially underfunded public schools) and we want to play a role in changing this status quo. Only by supporting innovation at a grassroots level can true economic and technological progress be made.
About
As aforementioned, to encourage education in the entrepreneurial space, we have created the What’sFlame Young Entrepreneur’s Scholarship for both Undergraduate and Postgraduate students. One aspiring student entrepreneur will receive a $1000 award for writing a brief 500-1,000 word business proposal that outlines how they would use the award money to advance their great idea.
This is a new scholarship we have created for 2017, and we hope to continue this tradition into the future. As awareness grows over the years, we will work to refine the award and increase its monetary value.
Who can apply?
Any student who is currently studying marketing, business, IT, communications, advertising, or economics may be eligible to apply and win our scholarship.
You don’t have to be an expert in the area or have an outstanding GPA. We are looking someone with a passion for entrepreneurship as well as a focused plan for using the award money to advance their idea.
If you’re currently an undergraduate or postgraduate student with the aforementioned qualities studying in one of the fields above, then we strongly encourage you to apply for our scholarship.
Assessment Criteria
- All applicants must be students, and must submit responses with their .EDU EMAIL
- Clear entrepreneurial focus and committed plan
How to apply?
If you’re interested in our scholarship, simply write a 500-1000 word proposal explaining your entrepreneurial idea and how the What’sFlame award will help advance it.
